Eligibility: Citizens in need of this service

Maximum number of working days required to obtain certificate : 14 days

Supporting Document :

1. Ration card
2. Voter ID
3. Aadhar card
4. ID Proof
5. Address Proof
6. Bond
7. Form Set
8. Photo
9. NPCI Linked Passbook
10. Income Certificate (Below 32000 income)

Note :

1. Children should not be in government employment.
2. There should not be more than 1 male child above 18 years of age going to work.
3. The ration card should contain the name of a maximum of 1 male child.
4. Applicant’s Age Voter ID Card or T.C. According to him, he should be at least 60 years old.
5. Annual income should not exceed 32000.

Procedure for applying:

1. Submission of application in Seva Sindhu Portal and transfer to revenue inspector
2. Verification and submission of report by village accountant
3. Verification and submission of report by revenue inspector
4. Verification and submission by shirastedar/dy.tahsildar to tahsildar
5. Verification and approval by dy. tahsildar
6. Transfer to operator and issue of certificate

1. Documents are mandatory
2. All supporting documents which are to be uploaded should be valid PDF file. (Each PDF file size should be less than 200 kb )
