Vidyadhan Scholarship Program from Sarojini Damodaran Foundation supports the college education of meritorious students from economically challenged families. The students are selected after completion of 10th grade /SSLC through a rigorous selection process including test and interview. Currently Vidyadhan program has around 8000 students across the following states: Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana, Goa, Odisha, New Delhi, Ladhak, Bihar, Jarkhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
Those selected will be eligible for two year scholarship from the Foundation. If they continue to do well, they will be given scholarship for pursuing any degree course of their interest; these scholarships are directly through the foundation or external sponsors who have registered with the Foundation. The scholarship amount for graduation courses varies from Rs 10,000 to Rs 75,000 per year depending on the state, course, duration etc. The selected students will be required to attend the mentoring programs from the Foundation.

ಸರೋಜಿನಿ ದಾಮೋದರನ್ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್‌ನಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾಧನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸವಾಲಿನ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಶನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಕಠಿಣ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ 10 ನೇ ತರಗತಿ / SSLC ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ವಿದ್ಯಾಧನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 8000 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ: ಕೇರಳ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ, ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು, ಪಾಂಡಿಚೇರಿ, ಆಂಧ್ರಪ್ರದೇಶ, ಗುಜರಾತ್, ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ, ತೆಲಂಗಾಣ, ಗೋವಾ, ಒಡಿಶಾ, ನವದೆಹಲಿ, ಲಢಾಕ್, ಬಿಹಾರ, ಜಾರ್ಖಂಡ್, ಪಂಜಾಬ್, ಹಿಮಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶ .
ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದವರು ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್‌ನಿಂದ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದರೆ, ಅವರ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪದವಿ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ; ಈ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನಗಳು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಅಥವಾ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿದ ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಕರ ಮೂಲಕ. ಪದವಿ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನದ ಮೊತ್ತವು ರಾಜ್ಯ, ಕೋರ್ಸ್, ಅವಧಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ರೂ 10,000 ರಿಂದ ರೂ 75,000 ವರೆಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್‌ನಿಂದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ನಮ್ಮ ಪರವಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.

Eligibility/ಅರ್ಹತೆ
| Students whose family annual income is less than Rs. 2 Lakhs and who have completed their 10th grade/SSLC exam in the year 2024 from Karnataka. They should also have scored 90% or obtained 9 CGPA in their 10th Grade/SSLC examination. The cut off mark for students with disability is 75%. ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯ ರೂ.ಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು. 2 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಿಂದ 2024 ರಲ್ಲಿ 10 ನೇ ತರಗತಿ/SSLC ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದವರು. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿ/SSLC ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 90% ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು ಅಥವಾ 9 CGPA ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು. ವಿಕಲಾಂಗ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ 75%. |
